LeBron Joins Miami

LeBron James walked away from the comforts of home to chase an NBA championship. Perhaps the most hysterically-hyped free agent in sports history, James announced Thursday night on national TV that he plans to leave Cleveland to join the Miami Heat for a chance to play with Olympic teammates Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh.

UFC 116: Lesnar Defeats Carwin

UFC 116:  Lesnar VS Carwin was a mixed martial arts event held by the Ultimate Fighting Championship on 3rd July 2010 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. Shane Carwin, who won the interim heavyweight championship by defeating Frank Mir at UFC 111, faced current heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar who retained his heavyweight belt via submission (choke) at 2:19 of Round 2 in the UFC 116 main event which was one of the most anticipated fights in UFC history.

Argentina Thrashed By Germany (4 - 0)

Now THAT is what you call an amazing game. The Germans showed no mercy throughout the 90 + 1 minutes that they played. Argentina was out witted with both skill and determination. Even the "Player of the World" couldn't do much as the Germans held down their fort as if there lives depended on it.
Personally i was very satisfied with the results and even more satisfied that Messi still failed to score

Holland Knockout Brazil (2 - 1)

Brazil have been eliminated from the World Cup by the Dutch. Netherlands staged a wonderful comeback as they were behind by a goal by Robinho thanks to a superb pass by Felipe Melo through the centre of the pitch and the Santos star calmly placed the ball past the keeper to make it 1-0 for Brazil. The first half ended like that with Brazil on top, but the Dutch started the second half

NBA Free Agency: Day 1


The first day of NBA free agency was to some people exciting and intense, packed with anticipation from all corners, but for others it was nothing but dissapointing. Considering all the wheeling and dealing that was supposed to happen, lots of NBA fans were dissapointed as not only did the top six free agents make little or no noise at all, but lots of the 2nd tier players ended

Zumaya's Incident

Now if you happen to be a baseball fan, then you would probably know or at least heard something about Zumaya’s recent incident. Joel Martin Zumaya (born November 9, 1984) is a Major League Baseball relief pitcher for the Detroit Tigers and known for his record-breaking fastballs. Zumaya was drafted out of Bonita Vista High School in the
